California Workers' Comp. That's the Whole Practice.

We take your work comp case, get treatment and benefits moving, and stand between you and the insurance company. Our focus is narrow because your case deserves dedicated representation.

  1. 1

    Start With a Human Answer.

Tell us what happened. We review your case at no cost, in English or Spanish, and tell you honestly where you stand. We do digital signatures, or if signing paperwork is hard, we can come to you.

  2. 2

    We Handle the Weight.

We manage filing deadlines, medical approvals, negotiations with the insurance company, treatment, and help getting your benefits. You focus on going to your appointments and getting better.

  3. 3

We Keep You Updated Throughout Your Case.

So you know what comes next, and we work toward a fair settlement. You pay nothing while your case is open. A fee applies only if we win or settle your case.

Your Part Is Small. Our Part Is the Rest.

  1. 1

    Attend Treatment

Keep your medical appointments and tell your doctor what is really happening.

  2. 2

    Stay in Touch

Answer when we need your story, documents, or signature. We explain the why.

  3. 3

    We Handle the Rest

We handle filing deadlines, medical approvals, and negotiations with the insurance company, from first call to settlement.

Who We Help.

Injured workers across California, and the attorneys who send us their workers' comp referrals.

For Injured Workers

The Fear of Losing Your Job Belongs in the Conversation.

It is illegal for an employer to retaliate against you for reporting a work injury or pursuing benefits. We explain your rights in plain language and stand between you and the insurer.

For Referring Attorneys

Send Us Your Work Comp Referrals.

If your client also has a third-party case, you keep it while we handle the workers' comp case. We call within the hour, handle the case from start to settlement, keep you informed, and pay a referral fee on every case that settles.

No Recovery. No Fee.

Nothing upfront, nothing out of pocket while your case is open. A 15% workers' comp fee applies only if we win or settle your case, and it must be approved by a workers' compensation judge at settlement.

Questions About Your Case.

What a claim covers, what you do, and what we handle.

What can a workers' comp claim cover?

A California workers' comp claim can cover medical treatment for your injury, temporary and permanent disability benefits, and, in some cases, benefits that help you return to work. What applies depends on your injury and your case.

What do I actually have to do?

Mostly attend your medical appointments and any depositions or court hearings. We handle the filings, the deadlines, and the insurance company.

Will I know what is happening?

Yes. We keep you updated throughout, in English or Spanish.

When do I get paid?

At settlement. You pay nothing along the way, and a fee applies only if we win or settle your case.

Can I have a workers' comp and a personal injury claim at once?

Yes. If someone else contributed to your injury, there may be a separate personal injury claim alongside your workers' comp case. We screen for it and refer that claim to attorneys who handle personal injury, while we focus on your workers' comp case.

Do you handle employment cases?

Employment issues, such as wrongful termination, discrimination, or wage disputes, sometimes come up alongside a work injury. We screen for them and refer you to attorneys who handle employment law. Our own practice is workers' compensation.

You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone.

The consultation is free and confidential, in English or Spanish. Tell us what happened. We'll tell you honestly where you stand.
