What does No Recovery, No Fee mean?
On a workers' comp case, if we do not win, you do not owe an attorney fee.
How much is the fee?
For workers' comp, the fee is 15% of your recovery, paid from the settlement at the end.
Are there any upfront costs?
No. You sign a fee agreement when we take your case, but there are no upfront costs and nothing out of pocket while your case is open.
Who approves the workers' comp fee?
The fee must be approved by a workers' compensation judge at the time of settlement.
